Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Flowops("FlowOps", "we", "us"), the provider of the FlowOps workspace available at app.flowops.it.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use FlowOps
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
FlowOps is a subscription software service for managing projects, tasks, clients, a CRM pipeline, files, calendars and finance records for agencies and creative teams. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
- No fraud, spam, phishing or misleading activity.
- No infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No interference with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping or circumvention of technical limits.
- No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the Service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for its lawful use.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
6. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. Plan prices, billing frequency and included seats are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you buy. Payment, billing, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle.com and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app or through Paddle.com; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Service level and warranties
We work to keep FlowOps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation, non-renewal or the end of a trial does not immediately delete your workspace data; the workspace becomes read-only and you can still export your data. You may request deletion of your account or workspace; deletion requests are reviewed and processed administratively. We may retain records where required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security or other legitimate compliance purposes.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.
